In short
UZYTAK Faktura keeps your invoices, quotes, customers and items on your own phone. We do not collect, receive, share or sell any data, and the app contains no ads and no tracking.
Invoices, customers and items
Your business details, invoices, quotes, customers, items and the PDFs and ZIP files you create are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. They leave the phone only when you share a PDF or ZIP yourself — for example by email or WhatsApp; the terms of the app you choose for that then apply.
KSeF (Poland)
Only if you set up KSeF: invoices you send to KSeF go directly from your phone to the Polish Ministry of Finance (api.ksef.mf.gov.pl), which processes them under Polish law. There is no UZYTAK server in between and we receive nothing. The official receipt (UPO) and the XML file are stored on your phone.
KSeF token
Your KSeF token is stored encrypted on your phone and used only to log in to KSeF. It is never sent to UZYTAK. You can delete it in the app at any time.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and there is no cloud storage.
Purchases
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy; we receive only what is needed to confirm your purchase.
Deleting data
Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all invoices, customers and files are removed from your phone. Invoices already sent to KSeF stay in KSeF as Polish law requires.
Children
UZYTAK Faktura is a tool for business owners and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
