Terms of Use

UZYTAK is the software brand of UZYTAK. App support and legal enquiries: support@uzytak.com.

1. Product and scope

These terms describe UZYTAK Field Report for Android and its associated services. It helps document work with photos, manual annotations, voice-to-text or written input, Before/After content and PDF reports. You remain responsible for the accuracy, context and authorized use of what you record and share. A report is not automatically a certified inspection, safety certificate, certified translation or legal acceptance document.

Business OS and other products labelled “In development” are not available products or promises of delivery. Separate future UZYTAK products, team/cloud services and platforms are not automatically part of a Field Report purchase. A renamed existing feature must not be used to strip a grandfathered entitlement.

2. Local data and online functions

Core reporting works offline. AI Translation needs connectivity and sends required text to UZYTAK and its provider. Purchase/entitlement verification and some platform speech recognition also use online services. No UZYTAK email/password registration is required; Google Play purchases and restoration use the relevant store account.

Keep backups of important work. Device loss, uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local records. There is no automatic cloud report archive or recovery guarantee. Shared copies are also subject to the chosen recipient/service. See the Privacy Policy.

3. Three free completed reports

The free allowance is three new completed reports, not three per month. Draft work and in-app PDF preview do not consume a completion. Recipient-ready external sharing/saving passes through Finish, which preserves a completed revision and counts the completion once. A PDF-generation/storage failure does not consume a completed report; cancelling external sharing after a successful retained completion does not undo it.

A new draft may reserve an available slot. When all three slots are consumed or reserved, new free jobs may be restricted; unused draft reservations can be released through the supported workflow. Existing completed reports remain accessible and can be re-exported without another completion charge. Legitimate same-job revisions/addenda are distinct from unrelated new work. Do not recycle one completed report into unrelated jobs; use New Report or a template.

Historical imported reports remain viewable and re-exportable without silently becoming new trial completions. Offline reconciliation must preserve legitimate completed work rather than retroactively destroying it.

4. One-time Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable Field Report Pro purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no monthly fee or annual plan for Lifetime Pro. Google Play displays the final price in your country’s currency, including applicable taxes, and the purchase terms before payment. This website does not itself take payment; store availability and purchase completion are handled by Google Play.

Lifetime Pro removes the three-completed-report limit for the covered Field Report scope while the purchase remains valid. Online verification is required to grant or restore purchases. Restore works within the supported originating store ecosystem; Android-to-Apple transfer is not promised.

A refund, chargeback or store revocation may invalidate access associated with that purchase, subject to applicable rights and correction of errors. It must not erase completed reports. “Lifetime” does not include every future UZYTAK product or platform and does not waive statutory consumer rights.

5. Founding / Early Adopter Pro

Verified Lifetime Pro purchases during the first 30 days following the public production launch in Google Play qualify for Founding Pro. Internal testing and deployment do not start this window. Eligibility follows the original verified purchase time; later verification or restoration does not force a second purchase. Already valid issued Founding entitlements remain permanent.

AI Translation is included for Founding Pro, without a user-facing translation quota, for the grandfathered Field Report translation feature while the purchase remains valid. Normal legitimate use must not later become subject to a monthly quota, paid translation-credit top-up or mandatory AI subscription. A change of provider, offer closure or new-customer price must not weaken existing rights.

Normal abuse/security protections and service availability still apply. The benefit does not promise all future UZYTAK products, independent AI services or unrelated team/cloud offerings forever. Relabelling the existing Field Report feature does not make it an unrelated new service.

6. Proportionate security and acceptable use

Use the service for genuine, authorized Field Report work. Do not exploit it as an unrelated bulk-translation API, resell credentials, run bots, bypass authentication or attack services. Reasonable request-size, burst/concurrency, app/install verification and replay protections may address abnormal API abuse. They are not a hidden commercial quota for normal Founding use; legitimate high volume alone is not grounds to force an AI subscription.

For an apparent mistaken restriction, contact support for review. Legitimate completed local work and historical entitlement evidence must be preserved. No automatic permanent forfeiture is justified merely by an erroneous security signal.

7. Professional judgment and content

Check translations, recognized speech, names, technical terms, measurements and final report language before sharing. AI and speech recognition can make mistakes; supported speech locales depend on device and service availability. Entered measurement labels are not automatic physical measurements.

You retain your rights in your report contents. Have the necessary permission and lawful basis for third-party information, photos and signatures. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Processing is limited to providing the requested functions and the legitimate operations described in the Privacy Policy, not a transfer of ownership of your reports.

8. Availability and changes

Connectivity failures, maintenance, provider outages and genuine security incidents can temporarily affect online services. Perfect translation and uninterrupted online availability are not guaranteed. Availability qualifications do not provide a discretionary right to expire permanent Founding access or sell it again through a compulsory subscription.

Material changes will be communicated clearly where required. Closing Founding enrollment affects future entrants, not valid existing grants. Provider and security changes must preserve the grandfathered scope and applicable consumer remedies.

9. Consumer rights, refunds and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, digital-content remedies, applicable withdrawal rights or access to competent authorities and courts. Installing the app alone does not waive a statutory withdrawal right. Any legally required consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery must be handled in the applicable purchase process.

For a purchase problem, use Google Play’s available refund/order tools or contact support@uzytak.com with the relevant order reference and description. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords. Mandatory remedies are not limited to a store’s discretionary refund policy.

No blanket “no refunds” rule, compulsory arbitration clause or artificial liability cap is imposed here. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections or competent courts available under applicable law.

10. Website use

The website presents the product and provides contact information; viewing it does not itself create a purchase or subscription. Do not misuse its services or infringe rights in its content. Third-party links are subject to those services’ own terms. Any fictional example job imagery is illustrative, not a real customer endorsement.
