Privacy Policy — UZYTAK Social PhotoPack

In short
PhotoPack processes your photos on your own device. We do not upload, store, see or sell your photos, and the apps contain no ads and no tracking. The only exception: partner promo codes you choose to enter (see below).
Photos and files
Resizing, compression, looks, watermarks, favicons and metadata editing all happen locally in the app or in your browser. Photos and the ZIP files you create never leave your device unless you choose to share them.
Metadata and location
By default PhotoPack removes all metadata, including GPS location, from exported files. Author, copyright or a location are written only if you switch this on.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, location, advertising identifiers or usage analytics.
Purchases
Purchases on Android and iPhone are handled by Google Play and the App Store; on Windows and Mac by our payment partner acting as merchant of record. They process payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive only what is needed to confirm your licence.
Licence activation
When you activate a computer licence, the licence key and an anonymous device identifier are sent to the UZYTAK licence server to check the number of devices. Nothing else is sent.
Partner promo codes
Only if you choose to enter a partner promo code in the Android app, the app sends that code to our server partners.uzytak.com to check it. If you then buy Pro at the discount, we send the code and Google Play’s purchase confirmation (purchase token) to this server. We verify the purchase with Google and pay the partner their commission. No name, e-mail or photos are sent. This data is used only for this purpose, is not shared, and is deleted after settlement, at the latest after 5 years (accounting retention). Deletion requests: support@uzytak.com.
Settings
Your settings (sizes, watermark, look, language) are stored only on your device.
Children
PhotoPack is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
