Privacy Policy — UZYTAK Time
Last updated: 3 October 2026
In short
UZYTAK Time keeps work hours, people and sites on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads and no tracking.
Hours, people and sites
Names, hourly rates, sites, shifts, breaks, absences, corrections and the PDFs and CSV files you create are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. They leave the phone only when you share a file yourself — for example by email or WhatsApp; the terms of the app you choose for that then apply.
Photo and location (optional)
Both are off by default. If you switch them on, a photo can be taken with your camera app and a one-time location (coordinates and accuracy) can be read when you clock someone in or out. There is no background location and no address lookup over the internet. Photos and coordinates are stored only on your phone.
People you record
With the app you record other people’s working time and, if you choose, their photos and locations. You are responsible for that: tell your workers, and ask for their consent where the law requires it. UZYTAK has no access to this data.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and there is no cloud storage and no sync.
Purchases
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy; the app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.
Backups
A backup ZIP file is created only when you export it yourself in Settings. Where you keep it — for example in your cloud drive or in an email to yourself — is your choice, and the terms of that service apply.
Deleting data
Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all hours, people, photos and files are removed from your phone. Backups and files you shared earlier are in your hands and have to be deleted by you.
Children
UZYTAK Time is a tool for businesses and self-employed people and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
