1. Scope and local processing

This policy covers UZYTAK Cleaner for Android. File names, paths, sizes, hashes, accessible app information, scan results, history, rules and exclusions are processed on your device. Core cleaning does not send them to UZYTAK. No Cleaner account or cloud file archive is created. Local records remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; Android backup is disabled. The only exception: partner promo codes you choose to enter (see below).

2. Permissions and deletion

You choose folder access and optional broader storage access. Usage Access enables available app statistics; notifications support optional alerts. You can revoke access in Android settings. Files are removed only after your confirmation or under Auto Clean rules you explicitly enable. Deletion may be permanent. Clearing Cleaner data does not restore deleted files.

3. Google Play purchases

Google Play processes purchases, account and payment information under its own privacy terms. Cleaner stores the signed purchase record locally to verify Lifetime access and restores purchases through Play. UZYTAK does not receive card details through the app. Google services may process service and diagnostic data; their policies govern that processing. There are no advertising or UZYTAK analytics features.

4. Partner promo codes

Only if you choose to enter a partner promo code, the app sends that code to our server partners.uzytak.com to check it. If you then buy Lifetime at the discount, we send the code and Google Play’s purchase confirmation (purchase token) to this server. We verify the purchase with Google and pay the partner their commission. No name, e-mail or files are sent. This data is used only for this purpose, is not shared, and is deleted after settlement, at the latest after 5 years (accounting retention). Deletion requests: support@uzytak.com.

5. Support and legal basis

If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and retain them while needed to resolve it and meet applicable legal obligations. Support and purchase administration rely on contractual necessity where applicable, legitimate interests in assisting users and legal obligations. Do not send private files that are unnecessary for support.

6. Your rights and external services

Contact support@uzytak.com for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including UODO in Poland. Google Play and email providers may process information internationally under their applicable safeguards. The separate website privacy notice covers web-hosting requests; visiting this site is distinct from local app scanning. We do not use Cleaner file information for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.

7. Changes

This page records the current app behavior. Material changes to processing will be reflected here and, where required, communicated before they apply. The date above identifies this version.
