Shewhart control chart
Standard line, CL and ±3σ limits. An alarm sounds when a batch falls below the standard, goes outside the limits, or when 7 batches in a row are below the center line.
Water absorption
Wet and dry mass, Wa and average, limits for each product type. The result is visible right away with the batch and in the report — no retyping.
Early tests and 28-day forecast
After 3–14 days the program shows what the strength will be after 28 days. A weak batch stays in the yard before it reaches the customer.
Aggregate sieve analysis
PN-EN 933-1: fines, fineness modulus, mass balance, limit curves, comparison of several aggregates and a blend on one chart.
Log and reminders
Lab notes, a test schedule created automatically from production dates, and reminders from the Windows system tray.
Product range and custom formulas
Product families, dimensions, standard limits and project requirements. You enter your own calculation formula yourself — no programmer needed.

Frequently asked questions
Will you transfer our data from Excel?
Yes. As part of the implementation, we transfer the test history from your spreadsheets so that the Shewhart chart and trends work from day one.
Does the program need the internet?
No. Each workstation works on its own copy of the data, and synchronization happens through a network drive (NAS) at your plant.
How many workstations can we have?
The license covers 4 workstations, and each additional one costs 235 €. The program works well on 1–10 computers.
We have our own templates and investor requirements.
You can change the template for each product in the program, and mark stricter investor requirements for a batch.
What happens to the data when the version changes?
The data stays with you. Backups are in the data folder and on the NAS, and export to Excel is always available.
Can we see the program before deciding?
Yes — the online demo takes 30 minutes and is free. We can also come to your plant.
