Privacy Policy — UZYTAK Punch List

In short
UZYTAK Punch List keeps your projects, defects and photos on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads and no tracking. The only exception is an optional partner promo code (see below).
Projects, defects and photos
Project details (address, client, contractor, inspector), rooms, defects with description, trade, who fixes them, deadline and status, the photos with your marks, the signatures drawn on the screen and the PDF, CSV and ZIP files you create are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone (the punchlist folder). You are responsible for using other people’s data lawfully.
Photos without camera or storage permission
Photos are taken with the phone’s camera app or picked in Android’s photo picker. The app receives only the pictures you choose and does not ask for access to the camera, storage, location or contacts.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and there is no cloud storage and no sync.
Sharing
A PDF, a CSV file or a backup leaves the phone only when you share it yourself — for example by e-mail, a messenger or a printer; the terms of the app or service you choose for that then apply.
Purchases
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy; the app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.
Partner promo codes
Only if you choose to enter a partner promo code, the app sends that code to our server partners.uzytak.com to check it. If you then buy Pro at the discount, we send the code and Google Play’s purchase confirmation (purchase token) to this server. We verify the purchase with Google and pay the partner their commission. No name, e-mail or documents are sent. This data is used only for this purpose, is not shared, and is deleted after settlement, at the latest after 5 years (accounting retention). Deletion requests: support@uzytak.com. If you installed this app from a partner’s Google Play link, the app reads only that partner code from Google Play once at the first start (Install Referrer) and handles it the same way; when you open another UZYTAK app from this one, the code is passed on in the Google Play link.
Deleting data
You can delete defects, projects and photos in the app. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all data is removed from your phone. Files you shared earlier are in your hands and those of the recipients.
Children
UZYTAK Punch List is a tool for building and handover work and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
