Privacy and upload rules

Privacy

1. No account and no sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this tool.

2. Your photo and the 3D model are stored only to compute and deliver the result: on our server (api.uzytak.com, EU) and, while the model is being computed, on our own workstation in Poland.

3. All files are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can delete them earlier with the button on the model page.

4. To prevent abuse we count uploads per day using a one-way hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored. Counters are deleted after 2 days.

5. Your model is available only to people who have its link. We do not publish or sell your photos or models and do not use them to train neural networks.

Upload rules

1. Upload only images you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the rights to the image and for how you use the result.

2. Not allowed: nudity or sexual content, violence, hate symbols, images of minors, other people's photos without their consent, and copies of protected brands, characters or artworks without permission.

3. We may delete files and block uploads that break these rules. Use “Report abuse” on a model page or write to support@uzytak.com.

4. The service is provided free of charge and as is; the result is generated automatically by a neural network and may contain errors.
