WordPress plugin · appointment booking
Let customers book a time on your website
Service → day → free time → details. Customers see only times that are really free, get a confirmation with a calendar file, and can cancel with one link. You get every booking by e-mail and a clear calendar in WordPress.

- Pro: pay once
WordPress 6.3+ · block and [uzytak_booking] shortcode · no jQuery, works on phones
Try it — book a time at an example studio
Choose a service, a day and a free time, then fill in the form. The working hours have a lunch break, Sunday is closed and some times are already taken — just like on a real site.
Demo — nothing is booked or sent; the calendar file is made in your browser
Who it is for
Hairdressers and beauty salons
Cuts, colour, nails, cosmetics: each service with its own length and a break for cleaning.
Therapists and health services
Physiotherapy, massage, psychology, dietitians — confirmed at once or after your approval.
Consultants, tutors and coaches
Online or on site; the calendar file and the reminder (Pro) keep the appointment in mind.
Workshops and repair services
Car service, bike repair, phone repair: customers pick a time instead of calling.
Photographers and studios
Sessions with travel time after them, closed days and holidays.
Small teams
With Pro, each person has their own services and hours, and customers can choose “Anyone available”.
What it does
Services
Duration, price, description and a break after each appointment (cleaning, travel). Unlimited services and bookings.
Working hours and closed days
Hours per weekday with a lunch break, holiday ranges, start times every 10–60 minutes or by the length of the service, minimum notice and how far ahead customers may book.
Booking form
Block “Booking form” or [uzytak_booking]: service → day in a month calendar → free time → details. Keyboard friendly, works on phones.
No double bookings
The time is checked again when the booking is sent, under a database lock, and a unique key stops two bookings of the same start even under load.
E-mails with a calendar file
Confirmation with an .ics file for Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, in the language of the page; an e-mail to you for every booking and cancellation.
Cancel link and admin
A secret cancel link up to the hours you choose; upcoming, waiting, past and cancelled bookings and a month calendar in WordPress.
How it works
1. Set your hours
Bookings → Settings: working hours, breaks, closed days, rules and your e-mail address.
2. Add services
Bookings → Services: name, duration, price and the break after it.
3. Add the form
The “Booking form” block on a page, or [uzytak_booking] (or [uzytak_booking service="2"] for one service).

Good to know
- Times are shown in the time zone of your site. Choose a city (for example Europe/Warsaw), not a UTC offset, so that summer time is handled.
- Reminders (Pro) and freeing unpaid times run with the hourly WordPress job. On quiet sites it runs with the next visit; a real server cron makes it punctual.
- An unpaid booking (Pro) holds its time until the payment limit you set (30 minutes by default), checked every hour — so a held time can stay blocked for up to about 90 minutes.
- Calendar apps decide how often they refresh a subscription; Google Calendar usually takes a few hours.
- Without Pro, prices are shown and sent in the e-mails, and customers pay you as usual.
- When you delete the plugin, the bookings and services tables are kept on purpose — they are your customer records.

Questions
Can two customers book the same time?
No. The time is checked again when the booking is sent, inside a database lock, and the database itself refuses a second active booking with the same start.
Which time zone is used?
The time zone of your site (Settings → General). Use a city, not a UTC offset, so that summer time is handled.
Do I need a payment plugin?
No. Prices are shown and sent in the e-mails; customers pay you as usual. Online payment or a deposit through WooCommerce is part of Pro.
In which language are the e-mails?
In the language of the page the customer booked on — Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Svenska, Русский, Українська.
Is anything sent to UZYTAK?
No. Bookings are stored only in your WordPress database; the plugin loads nothing from other servers and sets no cookies.
How do I pay for Pro?
One payment through Lemon Squeezy, for one site or for up to 10 sites. After payment you get the Pro add-on; install it next to the free plugin.
