Product type, make and model, serial number, installation or purchase date, installer or shop, contact, address and a note. Block and [uzytak_warranty] shortcode.

Dates calculated for you
Warranty end and next service from the installation date. 31 January + 1 month = end of February, like the UZYTAK Warranty app.
Number and confirmation
A registration number like W-2026-00042, a confirmation e-mail to the customer with all dates and an e-mail to you — “reply” goes straight to the customer.
Due and overdue lists
All registrations with installation date, warranty end and next service; the views “Service due in 30 days” and “Service overdue” in colour.
Service log
Enter “service done on” and the next service moves on by the interval; the history is kept.
How it works
1. Install
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the .zip → Activate.
2. Set your terms
Warranties → Settings: press “Add starter list (installations)” or add your own product types with warranty and service months.
3. Add the form
Add the “Warranty registration” block to a page, or paste [uzytak_warranty] into any editor.

Good to know
- The warranty and service months are your own terms. This is not legal advice: statutory guarantees differ by country — check the rules that apply to you.
- Registrations are stored only in your WordPress database. The plugin sends nothing to UZYTAK and sets no cookies.
- E-mails are sent by your WordPress. For reliable delivery use an SMTP plugin or your host's mail service.
- Pro reminders run once a day with WordPress's scheduler, which needs visits to the site or a server cron job.
- One registration per product; customers can send the form again for the next one.

Where do I see services that are due?

How do the reminders work?
With Pro, every morning the site e-mails each customer before the next service (e.g. 14 days before) and before the warranty ends (e.g. 30 days before) — once per date, never twice. You get a daily summary.
Who can see the photos and receipts?
Only logged-in staff, from the registration. Files are stored in a private folder of your site.
How do I pay for Pro?
One payment through Lemon Squeezy, for one site or for up to 10 sites. After payment you get the Pro add-on; install it next to the free plugin.
