In short
UZYTAK Handover keeps your business details, clients, documents, signatures and photos on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads and no tracking.
Documents, clients and signatures
Your business details and logo, client details (name, address, phone, e-mail), contracts, change orders, acceptance protocols, the signatures drawn on the screen and the PDFs you create are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. You are responsible for using your clients’ data lawfully.
Photos without storage permission
Photos for the acceptance protocol and the logo are taken with the phone’s camera app or picked in Android’s photo picker. The app receives only the pictures you choose and does not ask for access to storage, location or contacts.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and there is no cloud storage and no sync.
Sharing
A PDF leaves the phone only when you share it yourself — for example by e-mail, a messenger or a printer; the terms of the app or service you choose for that then apply.
Purchases
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy; the app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.
Deleting data
You can delete documents, jobs and clients in the app. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all data is removed from your phone. PDFs you shared earlier are in your hands and those of the recipients.
Children
UZYTAK Handover is a tool for trade businesses and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
