In short
UZYTAK Polski B1·B2 is a Polish course on your phone. It works offline and needs no account. UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell your progress, texts, voice recordings or any other personal data. The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The only exception is an optional partner promo code (see below).
Your learning stays on the device
Your progress, results, the texts you write and your voice recordings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. They are never sent to UZYTAK or anyone else.
Microphone
The app asks for the microphone permission only for speaking practice. It records only after you press Record; the recording stays on your phone, where you can listen to it and delete it. If you refuse the permission, everything else keeps working.
Polish voice
Polish texts are read aloud by the text-to-speech engine installed on your phone (for example Google’s speech services). The app passes only the text to be read to that engine; it sends no recordings and no personal data.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. There are no ads, no tracking and no cloud storage or server for your learning data.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play (Google Play Billing) under Google’s privacy policy; the app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase. Apart from this and the optional partner promo code below, the app does not use the internet.
Partner promo codes
Only if you choose to enter a partner promo code, the app sends that code to our server partners.uzytak.com to check it. Only the app’s identifier (UZYTAK Polski B1·B2) goes with the code — none of your progress, texts or recordings. If you then buy Pro at the discount, we send the code and Google Play’s purchase confirmation (purchase token) to this server. We verify the purchase with Google and pay the partner their commission. No name, e-mail or documents are sent. This data is used only for this purpose, is not shared, and is deleted after settlement, at the latest after 5 years (accounting retention). Deletion requests: support@uzytak.com. If you installed this app from a partner’s Google Play link, the app reads only that partner code from Google Play once at the first start (Install Referrer) and handles it the same way; when you open another UZYTAK app from this one, the code is passed on in the Google Play link.
Deleting data
Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and everything the app stored — progress, texts and recordings — is removed from your phone.
Children
UZYTAK Polski B1·B2 collects no data from anyone, children included.
