Privacy Policy — UZYTAK Terrace

In short
UZYTAK Terrace works offline on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Projects and photos
Your projects (sizes, tiles, base, layout, your prices) and the photos of your garden, balcony or tiles are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. Photos are not uploaded anywhere.
Camera and photos without permissions
To take a photo, the app opens your phone's camera app; the app itself has no camera permission. Existing photos are picked in Android's photo picker; the app receives only the photos you choose. It does not ask for access to storage, contacts or location.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. There is no cloud storage, no server and no sync between phones.
Contact by e-mail
Only when you tap “Order the laying” (shown in Poland) or a contact link, the app opens your own e-mail app with a message to support@uzytak.com and the project details filled in. Nothing is sent unless you send that e-mail yourself; we then use it only to answer you.
Sharing and links
PDF quotes (Master) and anything else you share leave the phone only when you share them yourself — for example by e-mail, a messenger, a cloud drive or a printer; the terms of the service you choose then apply. Client details you enter in Master are your responsibility to use lawfully (for example under the GDPR). Links to makers' websites in the guide open in your browser only when you tap them.
Purchases
Home and Master are bought through Google Play Billing under Google's privacy policy; the app uses the internet only for this and receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.
Deleting data
You can delete projects and photos in the app. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all data is removed from your phone. Files you shared earlier are in your hands and those of the recipients.
Children
UZYTAK Terrace is a planning tool for adults and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
