In short
UZYTAK Tools keeps your tool register — items, crew, sites, photos and history — on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Tools, crew and sites
Items with their details (name, category, brand, serial number, purchase date and price, notes, status), your crew members' names and optional phone numbers, sites, check-outs and returns, service dates and the history are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. You are responsible for using your crew members' names and phone numbers lawfully (for example under the GDPR) and for telling them about it.
Camera and photos without storage permission
The app asks for camera permission only the first time you scan a label or take a photo of an item. The camera is used only for that, and the pictures are not sent anywhere. Existing photos are picked in Android’s photo picker; the app receives only the pictures you choose. It does not ask for access to storage, location or contacts.
Data we do not collect
No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. There is no cloud storage, no server and no sync between phones.
Sharing and backups
The backup ZIP (all data and photos), PDF label sheets, PDF reports and CSV files leave the phone only when you share them yourself — for example by e-mail, a messenger, a cloud drive or a printer; the terms of the app or service you choose for that then apply. A backup also contains your crew members' names; keep it safe.
Purchases
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy; the app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.
Deleting data
You can delete items, crew members and sites in the app. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all data is removed from your phone. Backups, PDFs and CSV files you shared earlier are in your hands and those of the recipients.
Children
UZYTAK Tools is a tool for businesses and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
