In short

UZYTAK Warranty & Service Book keeps your clients, installations, dates, service log and photos on your own phone. There is no account, and UZYTAK does not collect, receive, share or sell any data. The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Clients, installations and photos

Client details (name, phone, e-mail, address, note), installations with serial numbers and dates, the service log and the photos are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. You enter this data yourself and are responsible for using it lawfully (for example under the GDPR).

Notifications and reminders

Reminders are off until you turn them on. Only then, on Android 13 and newer, does the app ask for the notification permission. Notifications are scheduled by Android on your phone; nothing goes through a server. The "run at startup" permission is used only so that scheduled reminders survive a phone restart.

Camera, photos and files without permissions

To take a photo, the app opens your phone's camera app; the app itself has no camera permission. Existing photos are picked in Android's photo picker and files in the system file dialog; the app receives only what you choose. It does not ask for access to storage, contacts or location.

Calls, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail

The call, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail buttons open the matching app on your phone with the client's number or address. The app sends nothing by itself; the terms and privacy policy of the app that opens apply.

Data we do not collect

No account is needed. We collect no personal data, contacts, locations, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. There is no cloud storage, no server and no sync between phones.

Sharing and backup

Warranty card and service report PDFs leave the phone only when you share them yourself — for example by e-mail, a messenger, a cloud drive or a printer; the terms of the service you choose then apply. The backup file (Pro) contains all data, including client details and photos; you decide where it is stored or who it is sent to.

Purchases

The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play under Google's privacy policy; the app uses the internet only for this and receives from Google Play only the confirmation of your purchase.

Deleting data

You can delete clients, installations, visits and photos in the app. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings, and all data is removed from your phone. Files you shared or saved as a backup earlier are in your hands and those of the recipients.

Children

UZYTAK Warranty & Service Book is a tool for craftspeople and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
